At Bradon Technologies Ltd., we are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement explains the data collection and use practices of the Bradon Technologies SAVii™Desk ("SAVii™Desk")Web site , Bradon Technologies SAVii™Desk services, and associated software (the "Services"). This privacy statement does not apply to other online or offline Bradon Technologies sites, products or services. By using the Services, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this privacy statement.

Collecting Your Business Information
Information that is provided by meeting organizers or administrators such as meeting schedules, attendee lists, subject matter, and content of any Web presentations, live or recorded, visual or audio and any content uploaded to our servers by meeting organizers or administrators ("Business Information") are considered confidential to the purchaser or co-sponsor of the event or conference center where such information was provided. We will not view Business Information except as necessary to appropriately support the service. We will use Business Information for the purpose of service capacity planning; anticipating, diagnosing, supporting or resolving any problems that might limit or disrupt the Services; and improving the quality of the Services. Any Business Information collected during the meeting is also used to facilitate debugging during development, or to debug customer escalations that are being reproduced in real time.

Collecting Your Personal Information
We will collect your personal information if you choose to register or request information for the Services or participate in a meeting facilitated by the Services. The information we collect includes your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, facsimile number, company name, job title, and information about your company as well as information about the nature of your usage of our service, including the number of meeting attendees, duration and frequency of meetings, and total number of meetings.

Furthermore, as part of the Services, we collect and log information generated from the consoles of meeting participants including but not limited to which meeting participants viewed slides during the presentation, questions and answers that are delivered to meeting presenters and participants, slide transitions, notes or annotations made by you and any other meeting participants, application sharing, posting of comments, or requests for prints or downloads of presentations. This information may also be viewed by other meeting participants. We also collect detailed polling results identified at the user level and how each individual user voted. This information is also shared with the party who is hosting or sponsoring the meeting.

The Services may also collect and record real time voice communication or "chat" between users. As part of the Services, any user may initiate the recording function which will result in the conversation and communications of each user being recorded and logged.

We may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the Web site; the pages that you access while at the Web site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used to help improve the Services, analyze trends, and administer the Services.

SAVii™Desk incorporates an Event Data Recorder (EDR) that captures error report data and sends it to Bradon Technologies via the Internet. Error report data is used to assess and correct errors or problems that may occur during use of the SAVii™Desk service. EDR error reporting is automatically triggered when SAVii™Desk detects a software error. You can trigger EDR error reporting by selecting About Conference Center from the Help menu, and pressing the Send Configuration to Technical Support button. You are asked for your consent before EDR error reports are sent to Bradon Technologies. EDR error reports collect information about what the software was doing when it experienced the problem, and about your machine's configuration. It is possible that EDR error reporting may collect personal or confidential information and business information as part of the error report. For example, a snapshot of memory may include your name, part of a document you were viewing or sharing, part of a presentation you were viewing or sharing, or application or desktop data you were viewing or sharing during your meeting. If you are concerned that the report may contain personal or confidential information or business information do not send the error report. Use of Personal Information

The personal information we collect will only be used to provide the service pursuant to the directions of the meeting organizers or administrators, to carry out transactions or provide services you have requested or authorized, or to comply with applicable laws. These may include using the personal information to:

We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of that information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

We may access and/or disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to : (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Bradon Technologies or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights of property of Bradon Technologies and its family of Web sites, or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Bradon Technologies employees, users of Bradon Technologies products or services, or members of the public.

Personal information collected by SAVii™Desk, may be stored and processed in the Canada or any other country in which Bradon Technologies or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using this site, you consent to any such transfer or information outside of your country. Bradon Technologies abides by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Control of Your Personal Information
Except as otherwise described in this statement, personal information you provide related to the Services will not be shared outside of Bradon Technologies and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your permission.

With regard to personal information that is collected at registration from our users (e.g. name, user ID, email address), we present the option not to receive communications regarding the Services. Customers who no longer wish to receive communications may opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving these communications. Each communication will have a way to unsubscribe from that list. Please be aware that this privacy statement and the choices you make related to the Services will not apply to personal information you may have provided to Bradon Technologies in the context of other, separately operated, Bradon Technologies products or services.

Access to Personal Information

Security of Your Personal Information
Bradon Technologies is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities.

We do not disclose your private, online communications. However, what you publish to your SAVii™Desk service is available to those whom you authorize to see the information. In the event that you elect not to use any of the service's security access controls, the content that you publish is available to those in the general public who are aware of the URL address for your meeting. For residents of California, we are required in some circumstances to disclose or provide notice of invasion of certain security systems. We may do so when required, by either sending an email notification to affected CA residents, notifying major statewide media of the invasion, or other appropriate measures.

Use of Cookies
We use cookies to save information (name, address, phone number, email address) so you don't have to reenter this information each time you visit the SAVii™Desk. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. The primary purpose of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. For example, if you personalize a web page, or navigate within a site, a cookie helps the site to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of delivering relevant content, eases site navigation, and so on. When you return to the web site, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the site's features that you customized. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other Web sites. In some cases, the SAVii™Desk service may be hosted by a customer, on the customer's site. In such cases when our service is being run on the customer's network, users should visit the SAVii™Desk site in order to review the privacy policy. We encourage you to be aware when you are leaving this Web site and read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that you visit before providing any personal information.

Bradon Technologies and Bradon Technologies SAVii™Desk are licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. Because SAVii™Desk wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, we have agreed to publish our information practices and have our privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

The TRUSTe program covers only information that is collected through the SAVii™Desk Web site, and does not cover information that may be collected through software downloaded from the site.
